Autumm Equinox Circle

À propos de cet événement

ABOUT THE SEASONS CIRCLE PROJECT
Modern life, dictated by artificial schedules and the ever-present glow of screens, has distanced us from the natural cycles of the Sun and Moon—and from our own feminine creative essence. The Seasons Circle project was born from a deep longing to reconnect women's rhythms with those of Mother Earth, through the celebration and awareness of the wisdom each season brings.

ABOUT THE AUTUMN CIRCLE
As Summer’s vibrant light softens and the days grow shorter, we are invited to slow down and turn inward. Autumn is the season of harvest—of gathering the fruits of what we have planted, and of letting go of what no longer serves us, as the trees gracefully release their leaves. This circle offers a sacred space to reflect with gratitude, honor the abundance in our lives, and prepare our hearts and wombs for the stillness that lies ahead.

ABOUT CACAO
Cacao is an ancestral medicine, known for opening the heart and awakening presence. Its gentle spirit leads us into a deep state of connection — with ourselves, with others, and with the heartbeat of the Earth.
Rich in antioxidants, minerals, and mood-enhancing compounds, cacao works on both body and soul: it gently energizes, calms the mind, and nourishes the heart. In ceremony, it becomes a portal for inner listening, intuitive flow, and emotional healing.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Cacao Ceremony, Meditation & Reiki
Nat guides us on a heart-opening journey through the medicine of cacao, harmonized with guided meditation and the healing energy of Reiki. (Optional: microdose of truffles to deepen the inner journey.

Wisdom of Autumn
An invitation to turn gently inward and soften into reflection. Guided by Nic, we open space to receive the gifts that autumn brings: the art of letting go, the beauty of change, the richness of harvest, and the quiet wisdom gathered through seasons of growth. Together we honor what has ripened, release what is ready to fall away, and listen for the deeper dreams preparing in the stillness for what is yet to come.

Herbs of the Season
We’ll dive into the world of autumn herbs, exploring their healing properties and learning, hands-on, how to prepare natural remedies and potions to take home — companions for comfort and self-care throughout the season.

Nourishment & Sharing
We close the circle with light snacks and heartfelt sharing among women, nurturing body and soul in a space of warmth and loving connection.

WHO IS IT FOR
For all women who feel the desire or need to gather in a circle with other women, to nourish sisterhood, and to connect more deeply with the energies of each season of the year.
