KAIA activation 22.2 — Sealing the Passage

A few days after the shift into a new cycle, marked by the solar eclipse, the new moon, and the transition from the Snake energy into the Fire Horse, many things are still moving inside.

In moments like this, we don’t prepare for what is beginning with the mind.
We prepare with the body.

The body needs time to integrate, to slow down, to find its rhythm again. Otherwise, it is easy to feel scattered, tired, emotionally sensitive, without really knowing why.

This KAIA session is a space to return there, into the body, and prepare for this new cycle in a deep and embodied way.

We will begin by gently preparing the body to receive through conscious breathing, somatic movements inspired by qigong, and shaking practices to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and create a sense of grounding.

We will then share a sacred cacao offered with intention, to support anchoring, open the heart, and accompany this inner transition.

From this state of presence, we will enter the KAIA activation, allowing the body to integrate this passage, release what is ready to move, and naturally align with the energy of this new cycle.

A time to pause, breathe, and let the body prepare the ground for what is beginning. Are you ready to step into this new cycle with greater stability, clarity, and inner presence?
