Sacred Key Mini Retreat – Spring Activation
22 maart 2026 | 10:00 – 13:30
Bisou Social Club – Den Haag (Bezuidenhout)
🌿 Lotus thee ceremonie – intentie & opening
Alles is welkom.
Shamanic Breathwork werkt op meerdere lagen:
• Fysiek – opgeslagen spanning kan vrijkomen
• Emotioneel – onderdrukte gevoelens krijgen ruimte

Sacred Key Mini Retreat – Spring Activation
March 22, 2026 | 10:00 – 13:30
Bisou Social Club – The Hague (Bezuidenhout)
An intimate, ceremonially held mini retreat featuring a tea ceremony, live shamanic drumming and a Shamanic Breathwork Journey.
During this carefully guided morning, we as the Sacred Key Team open a safe ceremonial field where you can release tension, regulate your nervous system and activate new life energy.
This edition is dedicated to the new season: consciously closing what no longer serves you and creating space for a new cycle.
The journey unfolds in three layers:
🌿 Lotus tea ceremony – intention & opening
A gentle, focused attunement to your inner compass and the new season.
🥁 Live shamanic drum ceremony – rhythm as a gateway to transformation
The drum guides you beyond the mind, into the layer where remembrance, healing and movement meet.
🌬️ Shamanic Breathwork Journey
A deep inner journey where breath, music and intention come together to release blockages and expand awareness.
This breathwork method, developed by Linda Star Wolf, is not a regular breathing exercise, but a ceremonial field in which a connected, rhythmic breathing pattern invites you to turn inward, the thinking mind and into the wisdom of your soul.
Whatever arises may be felt, expressed and released. Everything is welcome.
Shamanic Breathwork works on multiple levels:
• Physical – stored tension may release
• Emotional – suppressed feelings gain space
• Mental – limiting beliefs become visible
• Spiritual – connection with your inner guide and the greater whole
Afterwards, you will receive a Sacred Spring Integration Ritual Set to continue your process at home.
