Inspired by Amazonian way of dieting with plants, this custom made deep detox lasts 10 days and uses only fresh local detox plants to flash out your gut, lymphatic and urinary system. These plants are non-psychedelic and readily available in your immediate surroundings. You will learn how to recognise these plants, where to pick them and which procedure to use for the most optimal results.


In winter, due to sedentary way of living, we collect a lot os stagnant energy in our bodies, which results with deposits of fat, cellulite and even parasites. Spring is a perfect time to flash out all unwanted stagnation and create a better flow of liquids and chi (life energy). Many plants which appear in nature in (early) spring have detoxifying medicinal properties. We are lucky that in Europe we have some of the most potent cleaners for our guts, lymphatic system drainage and urinary track. And by the divine design, these plants are first to appear in spring and they grow together in clusters, offering their medicine to humans and animals. For years I been doing a spring detox with different focuses, and my health stayed intact throughout each year. This year I am launching my most comprehensive detox yet, based on insights which I gained through years of working with these plants, and inspired by contemporary needs of people living in cities. The goal of this specific detox is to deeply cleanse a gut, flashing out any potential parasites, bacteria and enhancing the biological receptivity of intestines to receive nutrients. Further I will focus on a drainage of the lymphatic system, which is very hard to move on its own, since this system doesn’t have its own pump in our body. Yet this system is crucial for the self-defence/immunity of our bodies. Thirdly, I will focus on flashing out our urinary tracks, which includes our kidneys, which are the storage of our life energy. When the kidneys are not functioning well, we often feel burned out and fatigued. And the other way around, when we are burnt out, we waste our kidney (life) energy, and this can be detrimental to our overall health and wellbeing.


This Detox will have 3 phases:

1 - Opening of the detox - Monday 30th March 18.30-22.00
We gather in my medicinal plants garden, where we share our intentions in a circle. Then I will introduce the plants we will use and their workings, where and how to pick them, and how to apply them. This is a practical and informational part, and I will make sure that all participants fully understand the background knowledge, because you will need this for the 2nd phase of the detox.
Then I will open the 10-days-detox through a ritualistic practice, invoking the spirits of plants with which we are working. Here you can chose also (an optional) microdose of magical truffles if you wish to connect deeper with the plants, and go deeper into a trance like state. We will journey into our body systems: digestive system, lymphatic system and urinary tract. We will ingest the plants and then work with embodiment practices. I will show specific exercises to enhance the detox process at home. On this day, you will be able to pick your own medicine and take it home (Duration: 3-4 hours)

2 - Practice - For the next 8 days you continue your detox at home. This phase includes some dietary recommendations, ingesting 3 plants we picked and doing the exercises. During this period, I encourage a specific type of journaling which I will introduce in the phase 1 (Duration: approx. 1 hour a day)

3 - Closing of the detox - Wednesday 8th April 18.30-21.30
We gather again in my medicinal plants garden. Along (an optional) microdose of magic truffles, we ingest the last detox portion and do the embodiment practice together. Afterwards we have the sharing circle, with Q&As regarding each persons process. Finally I will, through a ritual, close this detox and seal all the gifts we have received in our bodies (Duration: 3 hours)


During all 10 days of the detox I will be fully available for any questions and general support.
Before we start you will receive guidelines how to prepare for the beginning.
You will also receive an intake form where you will be able to fill in your intentions and health information so I can support you better personally.
During the detox you will need to pick again (couple of times) fresh plants. If this is an issue for practical reasons, and you need those plants picked and delivered by someone else, we can arrange this for an additional price with one of my assistants.



Background information:

The Shipibo-Conibo dieta (called « sama » in Shipibo) is an ancient, very strict, healing, and educational tradition from the Peruvian Amazon rainforest. It is not simply a dietary regimen, but a sacred spiritual process for establishing a deep connection with the spirit of "Master Plants" and La Madre (The Mother). The diet is an essential element of Shipibo shamanism, often considered more important for personal growth than simply drinking The Mother medicine itself.

Iskra Bela has been drinking The Mother medicine with Shipibo-Conibo people since 2016. Shipibo way of working with plants inspired this special detox, yet this is not the same like "dieta". Iskra is developing her pioneering techniques and tools based on her eclectic herbalism knowledge, rooted in her Balkan indigenous origins, and infused with world-wide herbalism traditions which she encounters on her travels and her exposure to other cultures and flora worlds.
