XL (2-Hour Journey): Somatics, Restorative Yoga, and Live Cello

This is a space to slow down, soften, and come into deeper contact with your body. The complexity of sound, vibrations and stillness.

XL led by Zoe González (@rootsofzoe).
The session begins with gentle somatic practices, supporting the body to arrive, unwind, and transition out of doing into sensing. Through slow, guided exploration, you are invited to notice weight, gravity, and internal movement, allowing the nervous system to begin settling.

This is followed by a 1.45-hour immersive journey of Restorative Yoga accompanied by live cello and voice. Supported postures invite the body into deep rest and yielding, while curated melodic lines and evolving textures create a spacious soundscape that supports reception, release, and inner listening.

The music is not only heard, but felt—vibration moving through space and within the body, guiding a process of down-regulation and quiet integration.

WHAT TO BRING
Mats and props are available, as well as tea and cookies. You are welcome to bring warm socks, comfortable layers, or anything that supports a sense of ease and safety. Simply bring yourself.
