The Creative Body: Somatics & Creativity
Saturday April 18 · 14:00–16:00

A gentle afternoon workshop exploring the connection between body and creativity. Guided by Pedro (shiatsu therapist) and Nathaly (multidisciplinary artist).

We begin with somatic movement: shaking, gentle stretching, and breathing designed to help your nervous system settle and really feel the. From there, we move into creative exercises, playful, open, and accessible to everyone regardless of experience.

This is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and let spring energy move through you, in your body and in your hands, and reconnect with your creativity!

What's included:
· Guided movement session (Pedro)
· Creative workshop with materials (Nathaly)
· Drinks & snacks
