Most of us, consciously or unconsciously, are imprisoned by shame — a wall that separates you from your true gifts and essential aliveness. Unshaming helps you remove that wall, access your deep wisdom, and celebrate the authentic self you were born to be.
Does this sound familiar?

You silence parts of yourself because you fear they're "too much"
Your inner critic attacks you relentlessly: "I'm not smart enough," "I'm a failure," "I'm ugly"
You hide your true feelings and censor yourself before others get the chance
You constantly worry, "What will people think of me?"
You wish you could change your body, personality, or emotions
You feel small, invisible, and disconnected from your gifts
You're exhausted from trying to "fix" yourself

The Truth About Shame
Shame isn't just a feeling — it's a lens that distorts how you see yourself and others. Over the course of our lives, layers of shame build up based on ideas about who we're supposed to be. It comes from external voices — your family, society — but as a child, you internalize it. All of those "shoulds" become a wall separating you from your gifts, your purpose, the essential aliveness you were born with.
When you learn to Unshame, it feels like meeting yourself for the first time. You don't just heal — you transform. The result is a life liberated from judgment, connected to your inner intelligence, and free to create your own path aligned with your soul purpose.
What You'll Gain
You'll forge a new, compassionate relationship with your authentic feelings by addressing shame at the root. You'll learn that every "bad" thing you see within yourself — your depression, body image, insomnia, relationship problems, parenting struggles — is a seed leading to your gifts and wisdom. You will leave with new eyes and a new relationship with yourself.
Your 2-Day Journey
Day 1 — Saturday, June 20 (10am–5pm)
Module I: Understanding Shame and Beginning Your Journey
Discover what shame really is and how it's shaped your life. Connect the dots between early experiences of trauma and shame's hold on you today. Learn why Unshaming is the key to deeper healing and the unfolding of your gifts.
You'll witness live demonstrations of Unshaming in action as participants transform their self-perception in real-time.
Module II: Unshaming Your Feelings & Reconnecting with Your Body
Many of us were shamed for our emotions as children — told to "toughen up" or stay quiet. We'll work with the intelligence of your emotions, how they show up in the body, and how to identify feelings stifled by shame. You'll practice somatic experiencing techniques and powerful Unshaming exercises to transform pain into empowerment.
Day 2 — Sunday, June 21 (10am–5pm)
Module III: Unshaming Inner Criticism, Abuse and Trauma
Shame originates in painful childhood experiences. When you were dismissed or gaslighted as a child, you internalized those ways of witnessing yourself — learning to treat yourself the way you were treated. This creates destructive inner criticism that continues the abuse unconsciously. Unshaming helps you uncover your inner critic and forge a better relationship with yourself. You'll learn drama-therapeutic techniques (similar to Internal Family Systems) to process your inner dialogue, defend yourself against criticism, and cultivate true self-compassion.
Imagine Your Life After This Workshop

You recognize shame in your story and know how to liberate that energy
Self-criticism and judgment begin falling away from daily life
You have practical tools for feelings, boundaries, trauma, relationships, and needs
You've built psychological immunity to shame
You know how to bring this work into your family, community, and the world

Meet Your Guide: David Bedrick
David is a pioneer in shame-based studies with 30+ years of clinical experience. His work challenges the healing paradigm that pathologizes people, seeing your difficulties instead as invitations to deeper self-understanding. Growing up with an abusive father and gaslighting mother, David knows shame intimately — and that personal journey fuels everything he teaches.
