Meet yourself ‘under the surface’. Experience your body communicating a full Yes and practice how to give space for your No. Drop into safety and open the door to intimacy — finding that sweet spot where we feel fully present & alive and where we meet in truth.

Flow of the evening
To fully arrive and create a cozy bubble, we start the circle with a grounding meditation. After a moment of sharing, we drop deeper into our bodies through easy movement and soft breathing. All of you is welcome in this space — all your flavors are invited.

From this grounded place, you'll meet your sisters. Through several guided 1-on-1 practices, you’ll explore what wants to move through and bring it into expression while being supported in sisterhood. This is a space to practice staying true to yourself and your boundaries.

When women come together with open hearts, layers soften & truths unfold.

We close the circle with our voices. Sabine will guide us with her beautiful voice & her harmonium into a mantra to seal and integrate the evening.

This is a 3-hour exploration journey for a maximum of 9 women, who have some experience with meditation, yoga or inner work.

When you arrive, Sabine will welcome you and show you around the space. Wear something you can move freely in and feel good in — whether that's comfy or shiny or something else. Tea and nourishing snacks will be waiting for you.

My name is Tessa, a curious being, dedicated to enjoy life fully. I feel a deep calling to create spaces where we practice a new way of relating - finding that spot where we can meet in our own individual truths. Dropping into this sweetspot & let intimacy unfold in its unique way, every time. Practicing the art of intimacy keeps me humble, radiant, and profoundly alive. I believe that by healing the way we relate to one another, we create a ripple effect that heals our connection to all living beings and the Earth itself.
