Misschien merk je dat je de laatste tijd vooral bezig bent geweest met doorgaan.
Zorgen.
Regelen.
Aanwezig zijn voor anderen.
En ergens onderweg ben je een beetje uit de verbinding met jezelf geraakt.
Niet omdat je dat wilde.
Maar omdat er simpelweg geen ruimte was om even stil te staan.
Summer Homecoming is die ruimte.
Een warme, gedragen middag waarin je mag vertragen, ademen en opnieuw thuiskomen bij jezelf.
Geen prestatie.
Geen workshop.
Geen ervaring die je hoeft te "halen".
Maar een plek waar je even niets hoeft vast te houden.
Waar je zenuwstelsel mag ontspannen.
Waar je lichaam mag loslaten.
En waar je jezelf weer mag ontmoeten, precies zoals je bent.
Of dit je eerste kennismaking is met breathwork en ceremonieel werk, of je al langer dit pad bewandelt: je bent van harte welkom.

✨ Wat je kunt verwachten
De middag ontvouwt zich in vier zorgvuldig opgebouwde lagen.
🫖 Blue Lotus Ceremony
We openen de middag met een zachte theeceremonie en intentie. De Blauwe Lotus nodigt uit tot verstilling, aanwezigheid en een open innerlijke houding.
🌿 Sacred Grounding
Een begeleide meditatie brengt je zenuwstelsel tot rust en helpt je volledig te landen in je lichaam.
🥁 Shamanic Drum Journey
De ritmische klanken van de drum begeleiden je naar diepere lagen van bewustzijn, waar ruimte ontstaat voor beweging, inzicht en loslaten.
🌬️ Deep Breathwork Journey
Een krachtige ademreis waarin opgeslagen spanning, emoties en beschermingspatronen ruimte krijgen om los te laten.
Je lichaam weet wat het mag doen.
Jij hoeft alleen aanwezig te zijn.
🌿 Integratie
Na de ademreis nemen we bewust de tijd om te landen.
Met thee, rust en ruimte voor integratie krijgt alles wat in beweging is gekomen de kans om werkelijk te zakken.
Je ontvangt daarnaast praktische handvatten waarmee je de ervaring thuis verder kunt integreren.
🗝️ Begeleiding
Summer Homecoming wordt begeleid door Danielle Bontenbal van The Sacred Key™, samen met Tom & Petra van Shaman Energy.
Vanuit eigen levenservaring en jarenlange begeleiding creëren wij een veilige bedding waarin je volledig jezelf mag zijn. Met zorg en aandacht voor het zenuwstelsel begeleiden we je in jouw proces, zonder te forceren en zonder verwachtingen.

A warm, carefully held afternoon where you are invited to slow down, breathe and reconnect with yourself.
Not as a performance.
Not as another workshop.
Not as something you need to achieve.
But as a place where you can simply let go.
Where your nervous system can soften.
Where your body can release.
And where you can gently return to yourself, exactly as you are.
Whether this is your first experience with breathwork and ceremonial practices, or you've been walking this path for years, you are warmly welcome.

The afternoon unfolds in four carefully woven experiences that naturally deepen and support one another.
🫖 Blue Lotus Ceremony
We begin with a gentle Blue Lotus tea ceremony and intention setting. A quiet moment to arrive, settle into your body and open yourself to the afternoon ahead.
🌿 Sacred Grounding
A guided meditation designed to calm your nervous system and help you fully land in the present moment.
🥁 Shamanic Drum Journey
The rhythmic sound of the live drum guides you into deeper layers of awareness, creating space for insight, movement and release.
🌬️ Deep Breathwork Journey
A powerful breathwork experience where stored tension, emotions and protective patterns are gently invited to release.
Your body already knows what it is ready for.
You are simply invited to follow.
🌿 Integration
After the breathwork journey there is time to slow down, enjoy tea and gently integrate your experience.
You'll also receive practical tools to help you continue the integration at home, allowing what has shifted during the afternoon to truly settle into your daily life.
