COME AS YOU ARE 🌕

As we move towards the Full Moon, we invite you to join us for a Sunday morning of connection, presence, movement and exploration.

We'll begin by sharing a heart-opening cacao shot, taking a moment to slow down, arrive in our bodies and settle into the space together.

From there, we'll explore connection in its many forms. Through movement, eye gazing, conscious relating exercises, boundaries exploration and mindful touch, we'll gently step out of our usual patterns and into a more authentic way of meeting ourselves and each other.

What happens when we truly listen to our body's yes?

What does it feel like to express a clear no?

How do we stay connected to ourselves while opening to another?

These aren't questions we'll answer with our minds. They're invitations to explore through direct experience.

As the Full Moon approaches, it can be a powerful time to reflect on what we're ready to let go of, what wants to be seen, and what we're being called to welcome more fully into our lives.

The morning will conclude with an Energy Activation through the KAIA Method. Lying comfortably on a mat, you'll be guided by music, breath and awareness in an experience designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, self-exploration and a deeper connection with yourself.

Whether you come on your own or with a friend, this is a chance to step away from the noise for a few hours, reconnect with yourself and share a meaningful experience with a community of open-hearted people.

WHO ARE WE?

JOY
Joy is a Conscious Experience Facilitator who bridges science-aligned wellness, tantra and deeply human connection, drawing on a background that spans social work with vulnerable populations to luxury hospitality.

She creates curated experiential journeys that support nervous system regulation, restore vitality and help people reconnect with their natural sense of joy, presence and connection.


AURORA
Aurora is a facilitator of transformational experiences and the creator of the KAIA method. Since 2016, her work has explored the intersection of embodied awareness, energy, ritual and human transformation.

Guided by the understanding that joy, aliveness and connection already exist within us, she creates spaces where people can reconnect with their own inner resources and move through life’s challenges with greater presence, trust and authenticity.

Together, we explore what happens when we stop resisting life and start meeting it fully.
