Who is this class for?

For those who are tired of doing and needing to be more—and simply want to just BE more.

Who wants to start their Saturday with a peaceful yoga session that helps to relax, recharge and reconnect with the self.

This class isn’t about becoming more flexible, doing it “right,” or trying to relax harder. It’s about softly arriving in the moment, tuning into your breath, and feeling into what you need - and ofcourse simply just enjoying your time BEING. :)

No experience needed—this class is open to all levels. You just need to bring yourself, comfortable, weather appropriate clothes, a yoga mat, water and an open mind.

The class is held in ENGLISH.
