🌒 Eclipse in the Flow – Beach Yoga & Solar Eclipse Experience

À propos de cet événement

How often do you get the chance to experience a rare solar eclipse... from the beach... During a relaxing yoga class...
surrounded by the sound of the waves, a spectacular solar event and a group of lovely people?

Exactly. Not very often.

So I thought... let's make something special out of it. 🌻

Join me for a unique Feel-Good Beach Flow Yoga class where we slow down, move and open our bodies, breathe deeply, and simply enjoy being present together while watching one of nature's most beautiful spectacles.

Inspired by the themes of this rare Leo Solar Eclipse and New Moon, our practice will invite you to slow down, create space to listen to your heart, and reflect on what you're ready to leave behind—and what you're ready to step into.

In astrology, eclipses are often seen as accelerators, bringing change, clarity and new beginnings into focus more quickly than usual.

This isn't about being able to touch your toes. It isn't about performing the perfect yoga pose.

🌒It's about taking a break from the noise.
🌒Feeling the sand beneath your feet. The sea breeze on your skin.
🌒Creating space to listen to your heart.
🌒Reflecting on where you've been playing it safe—and where life is asking you to be a little more you.
🌒Experiencing one of the most extraordinary natural events we'll witness in the Netherlands for decades.
🌒Watching the sky slowly transform above us.
🌒And remembering how special it is to just be alive.
🌒Whether you're coming on your own or with a friend, you'll be warmly welcomed.
