You give your attention to other people all day long. Sometimes even your lunch break becomes optional. What happens when you give yourself that same attention?
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Step Into Your Signature is a day for beauty professionals who want their personality to shine through in their work while protecting their energy. Whether you own a salon or work in one, are ready for a new direction or already love what you do and want to grow, we begin with the person behind the skills: you.
SOUND FAMILIAR?
You love your work, but some days it takes more energy than it gives. How much of that energy goes into bending your own boundaries? Where do you say yes when you mean no? Do you charge for no-shows, or let them slide again? Does recommending products feel awkward? And where are you still making yourself smaller than your talent deserves?
Being good at what you do gets people in the chair. Your signature keeps them coming back.
ZENNERGY: WE START WITH YOU
We start with a down-to-earth ZENNERGY session:
meditation to calm the mind,
breathwork to connect with the body, kundalini to revive the soul.
You lie down on a mat and leave the rush of your working day behind. Through meditation, we look at beliefs that may be holding you back. Then we move into breathwork. Your body gets to work, and you may meet some discomfort along the way. Emotions can come up too: joy, anger, sadness, or something you didn’t realise you were carrying. We finish with kundalini, music and frequencies, giving you space to feel, release and settle.
You step away from always on and give your mind, body and soul room to breathe. Because when your mind switches off, your creativity switches on.
A PROPER LUNCH BREAK
After the session, we sit down for lunch. A full hour, just for lunch. Time to land, let the experience sink in, and connect with people who understand your world.
FROM INSIGHT TO ACTION
In the afternoon, we get into real business sparring. What came up for you in the morning? And how does your personality show up in the choices you make at work?
Bring your own situations to the table. How do you recommend products in a way that feels natural to you? How do you say no to a client, set a boundary or follow up on a no-show? We’ll look at different ways to handle these moments, learn from each other and find what works for you. You’ll get practical tips too.
BRAND YOURSELF
We end the day with a mini personal branding session with Iris van ’t Woud. A chance to feel what fits you and explore how to make more of you visible in your personal brand and the experience you create. You don’t have to own a business to build a personal brand.
Introvert, extrovert or somewhere in between: this day is about bringing out who you are. Not to fit in, but to stand out. Your signature starts with you.
For hairstylists, barbers, make-up artists, PMU artists, skin therapists, beauty specialists, and everyone who gives so much of themselves to help others feel good in their own skin.
