Info:
In Ulufer’s 4-class module you will be focusing on nurturing your connection with the voice of your spirit, and your relationship with unity and harmony. We will create together the supporting atmosphere for our prayers to become songs with intention to reach to the source.

Each class alongside authentic activities for discovery, we will collectively form a choir/chorus and dive deeper into the devotional songs of the heart. The basics of hand drum (bendir) will accompany our singing at each course and you will learn to play different basic rhythms on your drum.

Our repertoire will include Turkish sufi songs from Tumata songbook, as well as shamanic healing songs from Central Asia and from different indigenous traditions around the world.

In summer 2027, together with desiring souls, there will be an opportunity to travel for a sema ritual near Bodrum, Turkije and perform as a choir on stage.

Participants who already play another musical instrument are welcome to bring it to classes and develop their process.

After every class the recordings of songs will be shared and participants are invited to continue studying these songs between classes.

Participants who receive poems, lyrics, melodies or songs on love, are encouraged to express their creations with the choir.

Everyone who wants to take part is welcome.

Much love,
Ulufer Celik
