What can Reiki actually bring into your life, and what does it mean to practice it responsibly?

This free masterclass is an introduction to Reiki through both a traditional and trauma-informed lens, led by a Reiki Master & Teacher with a background in psychology and integrative therapy.

We’ll explore Reiki beyond the idea of simply “moving energy”: how the practice can support self-awareness, slowing down, connection with the body and creating intentional space for yourself and others.

We’ll also talk about why trauma-informed Reiki matters. When someone closes their eyes and allows us into their personal space, trust, consent, and language matters. Understanding boundaries, emotional responses and the limits of our role matters too.

This masterclass is for you if you are completely new to Reiki and curious about beginning Level 1, but also if you already practice Reiki and want to continue your training with more awareness, responsibility and confidence.

You’ll learn more about:
- what Reiki is and what it is not
- what a personal Reiki practice can bring into everyday life
- the difference between practicing for yourself and working with others
- consent, boundaries and creating a safer space for clients
- what makes a Reiki practice trauma-informed
- the journey from Reiki Level 1 towards becoming a responsible practitioner

There is no previous Reiki experience required.

This masterclass is free. I want to make this information accessible because I believe Reiki practitioners should be taught not only techniques, but also how to work with another human being with care, boundaries and respect.
