This module is all about sexual healing through mental, emotional and physical de-armoring. We work directly with the physical body to release emotional and energetic traumas, tensions, blockages and pain, in a healthy, loving and safe way, so that your full potential to experience pleasure and bliss in your body can open.

Our body is a sensitive organism that reacts to every experience we go through. When an experience is not fully given space or felt through, the body stores it as a contraction, and the life energy cannot flow freely anymore. When we are not connected to our body and overstep our own boundaries sexually, the body creates contractions in our intimate areas too. That is what we call armor. It can feel like numbness, pain, or simply an absence of sensation.

Sexual de-armoring removes those blockages, for more sensitivity and aliveness in the tissues of the body. You open up and release the armor, receive the insight about what created it, and become empowered to respond differently in the future. Everyone can benefit from it. Next to the genitals, men and women store a lot of fear and shame in the anus. Women can store a whole range of emotions in the vagina, the cervix and the womb: unwanted sex, even the slightest compromise before intercourse, abortions, rape, abuse, birth control devices. The de-armoring happens in a safe and gentle way, with consent agreed beforehand and asked again in the moment.

Module 3 builds on Module 1 and 2. The group knows the Wheel of Consent and has practised giving and receiving, so the body work can go deep in safety.
