Chakra Meditation & Sound Healing Journey

À propos de cet événement

A gentle journey back to yourself 🌿

When was the last time you gave yourself permission to simply be?
In the midst of everyday life, it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves. This session offers space to slow down and reconnect through guided chakra meditation, breath awareness, visualisation, and the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls.

No prior experience with meditation or chakras is needed. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to be guided.

✨ What to expect
* Guided meditation and visualisation
* Breath and body awareness
* Tibetan singing bowls and other sound healing instruments
* Time for deep rest and relaxation

🌿 Who is this for?
This session is for anyone who:
* Feels overwhelmed or mentally busy
* Wants to slow down and reconnect with themselves
* Is curious about chakras, meditation, or sound healing
* Would like to create time for rest

Whether you’re new to meditation or already have a regular practice, you’re welcome here.

🤍 A little reminder
You don’t need to arrive feeling calm or know anything about chakras. There’s nothing to achieve or fix—just space to pause, breathe, listen, and rest.
