BRANKA / DJ ISKRA BELA
DJ Iskra is herbalist, medicijnvrouw, danseres en kunstenares. Zij maakt medicijn van planten die zij zelf verbouwt in haar permacultuur tuin in Amsterdam. Vier jaar geleden ontwikkelde zij de Heart Elixir van meidoorn, om mensen in Nederland te inspireren eigen lokale kruiden te gebruiken in plaats van het bij andere culturen te halen zoals Cacao. Heart Opening Elixir heeft vergelijkbare eigenschappen; het opent je hart centrum, kalmeert je mind, reduceert stress/onrust en brengt je in een diepere connectie met de muziek.

Iskra opent de ceremonie met een mocktail van Heart Elixir & Hibiscus (5 euro, niet psycho actief), gemixt met downtempo tantric tunes en een intensieve oefeningen om je multidimensionale belevingswereld en animal powers te (re)activeren. Iskra ontwierp haar unieke stijl “Embody Peace”, een blend van contemporary dance, body work, tantra, dicht bij de natuur wonen, de hartslag van de Aarde, shamanisme en kunst

NOELLE STERK / FEELING OHM
Noëlle Sterk is nieuwetijdsnomade en love priestess, eigenaresse van de forest temple van Feeling Ohm, de nieuwe massage & coaching praktijk in Oosterwold Almere. Noëlle heeft het talent om sacred spaces te creëren en mooie mensen & disciplines samen te brengen. Zij is deze avond je gastvrouw en verzorgt helende aroma’s en “mini treats for your dancing feet”. Iskra en Noëlle ontmoetten elkaar op Ruigoord en spontaan kwam deze “sympathic resonance” tot stand. Deze avond is hun eerste speelse co-creatie voor Oosterwold Community.

Iskra Bela is a herbalist, medicine woman and artist. She makes medicine from plants which she grows in her permaculture garden in Amsterdam. 4 years ago she created Heart Opening Elixir from local heart medicine, Hawthorn, in order to stimulate community to recognize and use local medicine, instead of overseas medicine like Cacao. Heart Opening Elixir has similar properties like Cacao, only it has much stronger and, at the same time, subtler effect. It opens heart and calms mind, it reduces social anxiety, and opens us to hear music in a deeper way.

Iskra will open the ceremony with this powerful medicine, penetrated slowly by tantric downtempo tunes to venture on a journey deeper into our bodies and senses. Iskra developed her unique style “Embody Peace”, merging multiple disciplines of contemporary dance, body work, tantra, living close to nature and Earth’s pulse, shamanism and art.
