Programme outline
In this day you start with loosening up under the guidance of music and your own intuition. Your own soft, gentle and caring presence creates a bedding for your woundedness. Slowly you allow yourself to open to the layers that are still holding you back, the layers that block you from stepping into your truth, into your power.

You will then be guided to surrender to the caring arms of your Mother. Maybe she represents your biological mother, or maybe she is Mother Earth, pacha mama, or our Cosmic Mother. In her arms you can safely release whatever has been awakened in your energy and is ready to leave you now.

At the end of the day you will rise, fresh like the morning dew, and enter the sacredness of the heart. Here you will meet the goddess of love that lives in you.

You will receive an invitation to fuse the energy of this day into your daily life with a beautiful ritual. Ten days after the retreat we organise a Zoom-call to connect and exchange experiences.

A broader perspective
This day is the first in a series of 4 days that opened up in our awareness. Day 1 and 2 are about rising to the heart and loosening ancient images that surround femininity. The images, ideas, concepts, memories, traumas all limit the true energy of what the sacred feminine is. We are exploring these limitations in ourselves and would love to share this journey with you.

Day 3 and 4 are about rising up from the heart to a place of vision, of knowing, of connectedness, of wholeness. Here we become the modern-day priestesses, the queens, the mothers of earth and sky.

After this first day in November, you are invited to feel if the days that will follow in 2025 are calling you.

Your guides
We are Mathilde Lub and Zinzi de Brouwer. We are both shamanic practitioners and share over 20 years of guiding groups and individuals between us. We believe in embodied healing and our backgrounds include shamanism, transformational presence, tantra, lifeforce awakenings, inner dance, mindfulness and more.
