A series of 8 retreats you can join as a full series or seperately per day. Each day covers an ancient power of nature you learn to awaken inside yourself. To live life more gloriously, to empower yourself and your calling in life. Also a 3 day package is available.
Number 1 - The Power of Earth - 24-25 Jan 2025
The energy of this weekend is all about being alive, coming to life, being in this earthly, physical form and feeling the power to be fully alive.
You will learn about your life’s purpose, why you came here. You will heal all wounds related to not belonging, not feeling allowed to live, feeling hurt by what life is doing to you. Addressing these wounds will open up and awaken the power of the earth.
It will be a process of rebirthing yourself into life, in which you will be able to unblock yourself from all the limitations that have been alive in you. Beliefs of who you are, what you deserve, what life is to you or what you are to life.
Allow yourself to birth a new you from the sacred womb of mother earth.
Day 1 is about letting go, releasing, letting the ego become quiet, Day 2 is about rising up form the Earth, fuelled by her awesome presence, love and wisdom.
The programme is still under development, but expect a facilitated experience according to the example below:

* welcome & introduction to the weekend
* practice to land and ground with sound healing
* breathwork healing, with life themes related to our earthly arrival: belonging, worthiness, rootedness, birth and family topics
* journey to our conception and pre-conception
* discovery of soul contract and life’s purpose
* closure with evening sweat lodge ceremony
Programme Day 2 - Jan 25th
* early rise for a grounding meditation
* rise from our great Mother Earth’s wisdom and powers
* establish your roots and connectedness to the ecosystem
* sharing and reviewing
* integration practices
* burial ritual to empower releases
* closing of the retreat

* amazing insights in why you are alive, why you are experiencing certain life topics, why in this family, this place on earth, in this body.
* the possibility to detach yourself from painful parts of your life, releasing limitations that keep you in a loop.
* a deep connection to the Earth power, to the womb that birthed you, the womb of the Earth and hot empowering energy you may embody in yourself.
* a feeling of being alive! Energy that flows into you and empowers you to make the choices you know you have to make in life.
