The 8 Moons

Magic! Being in nature, with the beautiful sounds and voice of Hélène it was a very relaxing and warming lovely experience💚

Wat een zalige ochtend in de duinen. Alle elementen aanwezig. Helene draagt een mooi veld in lichtheid en ze geeft een zachte bedding aan haar sound healings. Genoten!

Loved this ceremony with whole my heart! Really enjoyed the co-creation part of making the cacao together and creating your own altarpiece and healing water. Also felt so calm during the visualisation and meditation with the cacao. Thank you so much, Helene, I’ll be back!

Absolutely loved this end-of-year ceremony.
We begun with a cleansing ritual thay felt so grounding and intentional, helping us to arrive fully in the space.
We then shared a plant ritual using fresh, local sage, mint, cinnamon, and bay leaf.
The generous cup of ceremonial cacao was delicious and Hélène guided us through a channeled meditation that felt so powerful.
The experience was truly special with the drum and then aslo a crystal sound bath, creating deep connection, release, and presence.
Such a meaningful, way to close the year

The yin & soundbath session in the dunes was amazing! Hélène and Natali created a beautiful experience for us. The location in the dunes national park is wonderful, and the combination of yin yoga and the sound of crystal bowls, birds chirping and the sun shining mildly on our faces was an absolute bliss. I left feeling happy, relaxed and restored. A wonderful and nourishing experience!

Amazing event and unique setting in nature, underneath the dune trees doing restorative yoga poses and savasana while bathing in sunlight and sound

It was really relaxing and beautiful setting in the nature. Natalia and Helene were such a good combination of restorative yoga & sound healing, plus the sound bath at the end 🥹 They did something very special, soul-filling. I loved it and definitely recommend it! ❤️

Amazing experience and so serene to be in nature. I can’t wait for the next one ☺️

A very relaxing and calming experience. This was a session with first half yoga stretching/ relaxing poses while listening to the singing bowls being played & the second half was a lay down session on the yoga mat. It’s in a public forest, and they found a spot where not too many people pass by. Because of the singing bowls you go into trance and don’t notice it at all. I loved the group size, Max 12 people or so. Feels intimate. Would go again! I love the events of the 8moons.

Such a wonderful and relaxing experience. I felt recharged afterwards. Thanks Helene & Josephine for organising this wonderful event!

The experience was super relaxing and helped a lot to slow down and reconnect with the body. Definitely recommend!

Lovely guidance and deeply relaxing experience

Een mooi samenspel met klankschalen en andere instrumenten die mooi in elkaar over gingen. Zachte energie in een prachtige ruimte.

Beautiful experience, good length of time, wonderful location. Hélène offers something very uplifting with these sessions!

Very nice ceremony, it was my first time and the hosts were super kind and welcoming, the place is pretty and clean they have everything you need for this type of occasions and the experience was warm and cozy. I would go again! Thanks to the organizers.
