Lighthouse - Meditation sessions

À propos de cet événement

Welcome home to your beautiful & sweet heart.

Lighthouse is a soft landing place for your nervous system, your emotions and your inner world. A virtual space where we come together in quiet presence – to feel, to breathe, and to simply be.

Your heart is a lighthouse.
A place where everything is welcome.
A safe harbor where you can rest, find clarity and realign.

🌊 What is Lighthouse?

A weekly guided meditation & emotional presence gathering on Zoom.
Through silence, somatic awareness, gentle breathwork, and shared reflection, we create a field of calm and connection. Growing emotional intelligence in a soft, grounded & embodied way.

Building community through shared stillness.

No pressure. No fixing. Just being.

Whether you're healing, navigating change, or just craving stillness... Lighthouse invites you back home to yourself.

This is also a beautiful opportunity to gently close this year of the snake- to shed old layers and move softly into winter.

No meditation experience required. Come as you are, with all that you are.
