As the end of the year approaches, I warmly invite you to an evening of reflection, stillness, and deep inner connection. A gentle pause in the midst of all the busyness, offering you a space to breathe, to feel, and to realign with yourself.

During this ceremony, we will connect with the loving spirit of Mother Cacao. Cacao helps to open the heart, deepen our intuition, and bring clarity about what we are ready to release and what we wish to invite in for the year ahead.

Throughout the evening, we will journey together with:
✨ Guided meditations to move inward and create spaciousness

✨ Soft, grounding yoga to settle into the body

✨ Reflective journaling to look back on the past year and set intentions for the new one

✨ A shared energy moment where we gently tune in to ourselves and the group
This evening is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and honor yourself, so you can step into the new year with an open heart, clarity, and renewed energy.
