Have you ever truly met another human being, in all their glorious complexity? Have you ever profoundly felt yourself, through opening up to the people around you? Have you ever really opened the doorways into your own incredible aliveness, while inviting others to do the same?

Transformational Connection allows all this - and much more. It's a practice that explores the full range of our humanity, from dark shadows to the brightest light, through honing the skills of consciously connecting with others. As we say, our practice is fundamentally a meditation-in-relation.

At its core, Transformational Connection reveals a deep truth: fundamentally we are relational beings, and connection is our most basic need. Connection is our deepest longing and simultaneously often our deepest fear. As most trauma has emerged through connection, we can also heal best through connection.

What to expect from this weekend?
- Receiving a Birthday Circle (if you want to), a classic TC format where you get to explore what it’s like to be you, held and helped by the dedicated attention of a group of 4-6 others, for 30-40 minutes.
- Open circles in various shapes and sizes, where we’ll explore what happens when we surrender into our present experience together, and lead ourselves into connection from that place (we call this part of the practice Surrendered Leadership, as surrendering into our experience, precisely as it presents itself from moment to moment, become the way in which we lead ourselves in the group space).
- Smaller group practices, exploring the manifold building blocks of our practice.
- Embodiment practices & somatic explorations, to energize and move our energy.

What could Transformational Connection mean for you overall?
- It fosters intimacy, belonging and a sense of interconnectedness.
- It reveals the manifold ways in which we are still afraid of, or avoiding connection with others.
- It sheds light on the coping mechanisms and survival strategies we have unconsciously adopted to survive in the world.
- It enables us to sustain healthier relationships, with ourselves and with others.
- It grows our present moment awareness, enabling us to make more authentic choices.
- It rebalances us by taking us out of our heads and into our bodies.

The weekend will be led by me, supported by an experienced team, and all levels of experience are welcome to join.
