We gather at a special moment in the year, around the Spring Equinox, when light and dark are in balance. This natural turning point invites us into a fresh beginning, in harmony with the rhythm of nature.

Spring marks the start of a new cycle. After a time of rest and turning inward, energy slowly begins to awaken again. Like seeds resting in the earth, something new within us is ready to grow. What we have felt, learned, and released in the quiet months can now begin to take shape.

During this cacao ceremony, we open our hearts with the gentle and loving guidance of Mother Cacao. She supports us in grounding into our bodies, opening our hearts, and connecting with our deep inner wisdom. From this place of clarity and trust, we begin to shape our vision for the year ahead.

We release old stories and patterns that no longer serve us and turn our attention toward what we truly wish to nurture. Guided by intuition and creativity, we create a vision board that reflects our intentions, dreams, and desires, held by the supportive energy of spring and the spirit of cacao.

Rather than forcing intentions, we allow them to arise naturally, in alignment with the living world around us. Supported by nature, by our hearts, and by the wisdom within.

🌸 During the ceremony, we will:
* Drink ceremonial cacao: the sacred heart-opening plant-medicine that invites us to soften, listen inward, and reconnect with the wisdom of the heart
* Practice meditation, breathwork, yoga & gentle movement
* Manifest and create vision boards: planting seeds for the cycle ahead with intentions rooted in truth, aligned with our essence, and guided by love
