Reiki Level II is where your relationship with Reiki begins to deepen beyond self-practice and becomes something you can consciously share with others.
After Reiki Level I teaches you how to reconnect with your own energy, body, and inner sense of safety, Level II expands your ability to work with Reiki more intentionally. You begin learning how to support emotional and energetic patterns, offer Reiki treatments to others, and work beyond the limitations of physical distance.
Guided by an Integrative Therapist and Certified Reiki Master & Teacher with an MA in Psychology, this course combines traditional Usui Reiki teachings with a trauma-informed and embodied approach, where energy work meets nervous system awareness.
You’ll receive your Reiki Level II attunement, be introduced to the traditional Reiki symbols, and learn how to use them within self-treatment, in-person sessions, and distance Reiki. You’ll also explore how to hold a grounded and ethical space for others without absorbing their emotions or feeling responsible for their healing.
Through practical exercises, partner work, reflection, and guided practice, you’ll strengthen your connection with Reiki while developing greater trust in your intuition and your ability to work with another person’s energy.
Why This Course Is One Day
Reiki Level II builds upon the foundation you have already developed through Reiki Level I and your personal self-healing practice. The purpose of the training is to receive the Level II attunement, understand the traditional symbols, and learn how to apply Reiki safely and intentionally when working with others.
Rather than extending the theoretical material unnecessarily, this course is designed as a focused, one-day immersive experience followed by a guided 21-day integration period. This gives you the space to practice the symbols, explore distance Reiki, and gradually become more confident in offering treatments outside the classroom.
With continued support and a trauma-informed approach, the depth of the training comes from how you practice, embody, and integrate Reiki after the course, rather than solely from the number of hours spent in training.

This course is available to students who have completed Reiki Level I and received their first-degree attunement. You should feel comfortable with the basic Reiki hand positions and have some experience maintaining a personal self-Reiki practice. Accreditation
Upon successful completion, you’ll receive an official Reiki Level II Practitioner certificate. This recognizes that you have completed practitioner-level training and allows you to continue your studies toward Reiki Level III and Reiki Master training.
You will also have the foundational knowledge needed to begin offering Reiki treatments to others, subject to any insurance, professional membership, or local requirements that may apply to your practice.
