Join us for a deeply nourishing 90-minute evening journey of slowing down, softening, and reconnecting with yourself.

We will begin by sharing a cup of ceremonial cacao: a heart-opening ritual to help you arrive in the moment, connect inward, and create space for presence and intention.

From this grounded space, we’ll move into a gentle Restorative Yoga practice. Through supported poses, mindful breathing, and moments of stillness, you’ll be invited to release tension, calm your nervous system, and allow your body to deeply rest.

During the practice, Reiki energy healing will be offered by gentle hand placements, creating an opportunity to receive, restore, and reconnect on a deeper level. You don’t need to do anything: simply relax, receive, and allow yourself to be supported.

A nourishing evening to slow down, reconnect with your body and heart, and leave feeling deeply relaxed, restored, and replenished.

To support your experience with the cacao, we recommend having a light meal approximately 2 hours before the class. Coming with a gently nourished but not overly full stomach can help you connect more deeply with the ritual and the practice.

The amount of cacao used in this ceremony is gentle and considered safe for most people. However, please let me know beforehand if any of the following apply to you:
- You are pregnant
- You are taking antidepressants
