Conscious Connected Breathwork - Group Session in Hilversum

You are most welcome to join us for an evening of Conscious Connected Breathwork in a unique environment. A wooden cabin situated in a large garden, surrounded by trees, in the village of Kortenhoef, at about 5 kms from the center of Hilversum.

This evening will be English spoken with optional Dutch translation available.

After a warm welcome and introductions, we start with an explanation of this type of breathwork and we explain what you may expect during the session, followed by setting a positive intention for our work this evening.

Next it is time for the session itself and during the next hour we will breathing in a conscious and connected way, thus creating room for expansion and healing on a physical, mental and spiritual level. The evening will be guided by Nathalie & Annemieke, friends and colleagues in breathwork. Both have more than 15 years experience with conscious connected breathwork. In order to guarantee a safe setting for all, we work with one facilitator for every 4 or 5 participants. If we are a larger group, our colleague Aurora will join us.

After the session there will be time for a cup of tea and sharing.
Participants who joined us before have described our group sessions as profound where something essential may get touched upon and shifted. At the conclusion of the evening, you will be ready to go home with an open breath and light heart.

Location: 'Yoga in de Tuin' - Emmaweg 86, Kortenhoef (close to Hilversum)
Contribution: 50 Euro per person.
