entrancing, captivating, thrilling, a little bit scary even. Amazingly well done. The only note that I would give, is that the cocktail shaking (amazing mocktails, btw) were pretty loud and sudden, and could take me out of the mood sometimes. I think I would prefer stirred mocktails over shaken, but that is such a minute detail it doesn't lose the show or organization any points.

Om met elkaar als vrouwen te oefenen te belichamen wat er in ons leeft, ons lijf de regie te geven over ‘hoe ziet mijn woede er nu op dit moment uit? Mijn verdriet? Mijn turn on/bliss?’, is een revolutionaire daad. In zuster solidariteit .Alle oordelen over hoe ik/we/vrouwen moeten doen of zijn(of juist niet) kunnen in deze avonden worden omgewerkt naar hun oorspronkelijke energie.Het Lichaam bewegen met de emotie brengt in het hier en nu, bevrijd stap voor stap van deze oordelen. luisteren we steeds beter naar onszelf en drukken steeds authentieker uit wie wij zijn.no matter how it looks.Luid brullend en bombastisch (eindelijk!!), Broos en kwetsbaar, fucking elegant , heet sexy of juist oer en uit elkaar gevallen met het snot op je muil. A safe space to become finaly ME. Unwrap myself.One dance at a time.

One time experience while on vacation. Very lovely atmosphere

During the swamping, I let go of a lot within myself. The stubbornness, the pain, the things I had been clutching so tightly — even the urge to control everything.
It was time to not suppress my emotions, but to notice them and honor them.

In the swamping, I felt the nerve that had shrunk itself to fit into society. I noticed it. I felt it. I held it close, sat with it, and cried together with it. The energy of the other women around me helped enormously.

The swamping evening was truly, truly beautiful. Women gathered under the long evening sun. Each and every one of them was so beautiful.

We were about to releasing anger, hitting things. At the beginning, when Marga — our lead — said the hanging plant on the ceiling might be dangerous and should be taken down. At that moment, a woman near the plant suddenly jumped to her feet — to move it out of the way. Marga immediately said, "Please don't! The supporters will take care of it. Take deep breaths. And that habit of taking care of others first — let it go, right now. Put taking care of yourself first." We all laughed together. She caught herself, smiled, and sat back down. We breathed with her — as if making a promise: I will take care of myself first. I will no longer throw myself away.

I made that promise too. That I would not sacrifice myself like Sim Cheong, who threw herself into the sea to fulfill the social ideal of a devoted daughter. That I would no longer contort myself to fit inside my giant and shining workplace. I am who I am. I promised to allow myself to exist as I am — to accept, acknowledge, and embrace myself. To not abandon myself.

I want to show that I can succeed without abandoning myself. Or more precisely — I want to show that I can only truly succeed by protecting myself, by refusing to let myself go.

This is my desire.

Short answer: It didn't do it for me.
TLDR answer: The meditation was almost an exact copy of an Osho meditation, including the music. But presented as "Swamping", coined by a celebrity woman's empowerment coach. The mannerisms from the neo-tantra world were off-putting for me. I left the event with a shrug.
That being said, I saw many women in the workshop having an awesome time. Tears flowed, noises were made, emotions were released. And that's worth something.
Also, the facilitator Marga is a very nice lady, and I want to support her til the end of days. Therefore 5 stars. Keep going, Marga!
