Great workshop! Teambuilding/friendship building, self knowledge, joy, play.

Een erg fijne workshop. Lekker speels, en ondeugend; en tegelijkertijd met een veiligheid & vertrouwen als basis. De oefeningen waren heel leerzaam, en Sinsia was echt heel fijn, relaxed en ook grappig! Op een respectvolle manier.
Ik raad Sinsia ook echt aan, om workshops bij te volgen.

Very insightful and fun workshop. The atmosphere was very safe, we were allowed to be ourselves and vulnerable. Especially liked the pace of the day, enough breaks, always leaving time for landing and also understanding the exercises. The day had a smooth learning curve with actual experiences and beautiful connective moments! Left with warm feelings:)

Hele fijne workshop. Sinsia is heel zorgvuldig in het creëren van een veilige sfeer, in de gegeven informatie en het begeleiden van de oefeningen. Heel prettig. Het ging in deze workshop echt om het oefenen in voelen, en niet zozeer om de theorie.
Ik vond het fijn dat de eerste oefening op jezelf was, voordat er in volgende rondes oefeningen in tweetallen werden gedaan. Daardoor kon ik echt contact maken met wat er in me leefde. Verder voelde het heel veilig en zorgvuldig dat er voor elke nieuwe ronde ruimte was om te bepalen of je met iemand wilde oefenen of behoefte had aan iets anders: je deed mee als er een 'actieve ja' was, door op te staan. De oefeningen waren mooi opgebouwd en er was ruimte om uit te wisselen in tweetallen en daarna nog iets te delen of vragen in de groep. Aan het eind van de middag voelde ik me zo veel dichter bij mezelf dan toen ik binnen kwam!

Een rustige, veilige kennismaking met de praktijk van het Wheel of Consent. Je kunt ervaren wat elk kwadrant met je doet zonder dat je je verdiept hebt in de theorie.

The experience was very positive. I was able to feel more sensation connected to touch than ever, and discovered that I'm able to tune into my desires and recognise them. I learned the differences I can feel in my body when I touch for my pleasure or for someone else's benefit (I found it insightful). I learned that engaging with curiosity can change my prospective and my experience. The setting felt friendly and safe and I'm very grateful for this experience.

I had a great time with Sinsia, the workshop felt very comfortable, open and inviting.

Evertything that I hoped it would be. Super experience that I could never have gotten from a book. Some insights that are super valuable and the environment was safe, comfortable and therefore enabling to really open myself up. And that is where the magic happens.

Ik heb zo genoten van de workshop! Ik kreeg inzichten in mijn gedachten en leerde veel door aanraking en vooral door de interactie met de anderen. Wat een prachtige, ondersteunende omgeving. Dank je wel.

This was my first workshop on consent and kink. I started nervous and tense, but this dissipated thanks to the safe and warm environment that Jason and Synsia created.

I gained some great tools to help me connect better with myself and others. I feel that I'm now better at communicating my boundaries, and at truly knowing if I want to agree to something.

Sinsia is an amazing facilitator and the workshop they gave was very practical. While it's only a first step, it's a good start and I felt like I got the tools I needed to practice asking for what I really want, setting boundaries, and giving or revoking consent.
