Supporting women in swallowing less, connecting to their sensitivities and truth, and bringing more celebration to life!
I am a counsellor for women, and my deepest passion, in my own life and in my work with others, is the theme of self-suppression. Of swallowing. Holding back. Making ourselves smaller.
I work with people in unlearning this pattern. To bring more movement, truth, and aliveness into our beings. I share this passion especially with women, supporting us to stand stronger in our truths, our sensitivities, and our voices. In sessions, in circles, in community.
A big part of this work for me is also the menstrual cycle. I see the cycle as a sacred, inbuilt map into our inner worlds, and as an invitation to reconnect with our natural rhythms rather than constantly pushing through them. Our cycles are not an inconvenience. They have something to teach us.
Alongside this work, I am a keen student of the plant medicine path, and have been for many years. Working with sacred medicines and learning from the Indigenous traditions surrounding them has been one of the biggest catalysts for my own growth, and continues to shape how I understand healing, ceremony, and our relationship with life.
I offer 1:1 sessions, support and collaborate in ceremonial spaces, and I also host women's circles around the menstrual cycle, inner work, emotional exploration, and other themes that feel alive and important to me.
The different strands of my path may look quite different on the surface, but underneath them is something very simple:
I care deeply about what happens when we stop swallowing ourselves.
When we allow ourselves to feel what we feel. Speak what we know. Trust our own inner worlds. Take up space. Show our gifts. Feel our worth. And become more fully who we are.
